These terms apply to The Coder's Toolkit, offered by CG Medical Coding.
1. Subscription Options & Billing
Monthly Plan: $15/month, billed every 30 days.
Annual Plan: $150/year, billed every 365 days.
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. The rate you sign up at will not change for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and resubscribe later, your new rate will reflect current pricing.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. To avoid your next charge, please cancel before your next billing date. When your subscription ends, your access to the member portal, the Toolkit Community, and newly released tip sheets ends as well.
3. Digital Product Access
Active subscribers have access to a growing library of medical coding tip sheets in PDF format, available for download through the member portal. New tip sheets are added each month while your subscription is active.
4. Personal Use License
While subscribed, you may save and print the tip sheets for your own personal reference. Tip sheets you downloaded during an active subscription remain yours to keep for personal reference after you cancel.
You may not resell, distribute, upload, or share the files, in whole or in part, in any format. After your subscription ends, you will no longer receive new tip sheets or have access to the member portal.
5. No Refunds on Digital Content
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and no refunds are issued, including for partial months. Annual subscriptions are a one-time yearly payment and are not refundable.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment does not go through, we will notify you by email and by text message, so you can update your payment method. Your access may be paused until payment is completed and is restored once your payment goes through.
7. Text Messages (SMS)
By agreeing to these terms at checkout, you consent to receive account and billing text messages from CG Medical Coding at the mobile number you provide, such as payment reminders, failed payment notices, and login help. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages without your separate consent. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have any concerns about your account or billing, please contact us at [email protected] before filing a chargeback. We're happy to help. Disputing a valid, authorized charge may result in revoked access and termination of your license.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
